Nothing in this application constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Market Health Index score, segment scores, regime labels, AI-generated reports, and any other content produced by the App are purely informational. They do not represent a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, or financial instrument.

Accuracy of Data

MHI sources market data from third-party providers. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the data, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or analysis presented in the App. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable at times due to technical issues beyond our control.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App to redistribute or resell data obtained through it
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App or its backend
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

Intellectual Property

The Market Health Index scoring methodology, application design, and all original content within the App are the intellectual property of Market Health Index. All rights are reserved. Market data displayed in the App is sourced from third-party providers and remains the property of those respective providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Market Health Index shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the App, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or business interruption.

Availability

We do not guarantee that the App or its data will be available at all times. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
